We love food. We also love being healthy. The combination can make things difficult, especially around the holidays. With all of the family events, friend’s outings, and parties, it sometimes seems impossible to stay on track with healthy eating during the holidays. We came up with our favorite (and we think everyone else’s) favorite holiday recipes and made them a little bit healthier. We made sure not to make them so healthy that you miss out on the infamous flavor of them all, but there are certain things cut out or replaced on each one that will save you tons of calories.
